Swanned’s Community Guidelines

In the words of Aretha you must have R.E.S.P.E.C.T and we’ll happily have you on our app.

To be on Swanned there are a few rules you must follow both on the app and when you meet people IRL, if you do not, we are perfectly in our rights to remove you from our services.

Whilst we love a bit of banter and cheekiness, there are some things we will not tolerate which we have detailed below.

Swanned does not allow

• Nudity/Sexual Content

  Whilst we’re not opposed to the odd 🍆 pic, we encourage you to keep it classy. Please no nudity, no sexually explicit content, and don’t say all your sexual desires on your profile. In Swanned you must agree to send or receive picture messages first.

• Harassment

  Bullying, threats, stalking or harassment of any kind on Swanned is not tolerated. Please contact us immediately if you have experienced this from one of our users.

• Violence

  Any violent, hate, horrid, terrorism or other type of threatening images and words are not allowed on Swanned. If you see this on a profile, or someone is making threats within the app, or offline, please report it so we can keep you all safe.

• Hate Speech

  We do not tolerate any content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or violence against individuals or groups based on factors like (but not limited to) race, ethnicity, religious affiliation, disability, gender, age, national origin, sexual orientation, or gender identity. It’s not cool and you will be kicked off.

• Private Information

  No not share personal information about yourself that could let another user know your whereabouts, your financial information, email address, social media pages and other. Please play it safe when meeting strangers and keep your information secure until you know and trust them. Learn how to watch out for scammers.

• Spam

  There’s enough out there, let’s keep it off Swanned. Please don’t share any links to spam within the app.

• Promotions

  You are not allowed to use our platform to help promote your profile, business or event. If you wish to get your brand in front of our awesome audience, get in touch to hear our advertising options and ask for a media kit at info@getswanned.com.

• Prostitution and Trafficking

  Promoting or advocating for commercial sexual services, human trafficking or other non-consensual sexual acts is strictly prohibited and will result in your account being banned from Swanned.

• Impersonation

  No catfishing, gaslighting, or using someone else's identity as your own. Impersonating another person's identity is strictly prohibited. If you feel someone has stolen your identity, get in touch or report them in the app.

• Under 18’s

  You must be 18 years of age or older to use Swanned. We do not allow images of children on their own within your profile. Please do not upload or use inappropriate images of minors within your profile or within messages you send. Be careful of using images of your children within your profile.

• Copyright and Trademark

  Make sure you have permission to use any images you use within the app. If the image is copyrighted, do not use it. Similarly all Swanned’s Trademarks belong to us.

• Illegal Usage

  Don’t use Swanned to do anything illegal. If it’s illegal IRL, it’s illegal on Swanned. Duh!

• Third Party Apps

  The use of any apps created by anyone other than Swanned that claim to offer our service or unlock special features is not allowed.

• Account Dormancy

  We hope you use Swanned and get off it again! But if you find love on our platform and do not use it in over 2 years, we may delete your profile.
